Activated a free trail and now says I don’t have PRO version
Am I missing something here.
Are you saying that you already had Pro and then activated a trial, if so then why?
If not the please clarify what you are meaning.
It was supposed to be a free trail for the pro version. It was for 1 day, then it did an automatic update and is now only the free version
I understand, the trial hasn’t given you as long as you were expecting it to.
Had you perhaps used a trial previously?
There is a way that previous trial use is recognised, and it will prevent someone using multiple trials without buying.

May I ask where you signed up for the trial of CCleaner Professional, as I am not able to see any trial accounts associated with the email address registered to your forum account.
