Ive been a Ccleaner user for 20 years or more and in 2019 upgraded to the professional version and apparently jput that on an auto renew with my credit card. I apparently also failed to record the login password and assume the account is attached to my email address. In January 2024 I changed ISP’s and had to also change my email address. At the present time I need to access the account to stop the auto renewal & update the email address - there’s a problem with the new version that downloaded in November 2025 and the program is unusable. However I need to make sure that the correct email address is attached to the product since there has been no apparent change in the license key since 2019. Any notifications about the updates, upgrades and charges are not reaching me due to the change in the email address that needs to be corrected. Spent about two weeks trying to reach support for the product with no results. Any assistance would be appreciated.
You biggest problem there is the change of email address.
The subscription is linked to the email address used when purchasing; so if you no longer have access to that email then these automated tools won’t work for you.

If you can’t use those, (because can no longer access your registered email address), or for anything else account/billing related, including refunds, then you will need to contact support.

Once you submit the form you will be given a support ticket/ID number onscreen, with a summary of your request.
The 'Live Chart dialogue should open automatically with a message from the AI Chatbot if it doesn’t then there is a ‘Start Chat’ button.
If the Chatbot can’t help then you will be passed to a real person.
IMPORTANT- Don’t just fill in the form and leave - If you do not engage with the chat then you will not get any reply.
