I've never had this in previous versions of ccleaner, why is the app list so long? (greyed out parts) and how do i get them to stop showing?
Are you using any other program to add items to the list of things to clean?
e.g. winnapp2.ini list
Or CCenhancer (not supported here) ? Or did you such a program in the past ?
