Since I updated, Registry repair is not creating a backup .reg file before it runs (under Windows 10 1809). Is there a way to enable it?
Look in the Documents folder on your computer, that's supposed to be the default location.
Yup. Older .reg files are there, but none created since update to 5.51.6939.
Can you please ensure that "Show prompt to backup registry issues" is ticked in under Options > Advanced
It is (and was) checked.
I've tested it on my system (Win10 v1803) and can't repeat it, it's working correct for me.
After rebooting several times (and manually creating a just-in-case Restore Point), I just tried it again -- AND IT OPERATED CORRECTLY asking if I wanted to create a .reg backup. Thanks for the support efforts, all.
