30 day refund

Hello,

i am really frustrated. I would like to make use of the 30 day refund policy for my subscription but i have not heard from anyone. It is extremely frustrating. I asked cleverbridge for the refund, then i get a message from them that i should contact cc-cleaner support. Then i go to the live chat, i ask for refund, leave the chat open for hours until it just says “this chat has been closed.” without anyone answering. I then write to support@ccleaner and get this:

Then i visit this site AND THERE IS NOTHING THAT CAN ASSIST ME!!!

I am sorry for being so agitated, but what in the world is this support? I want to make use of this clause:

Under our 30-day Money Back Guarantee, the purchase of an annual subscription is eligible for a refund, if requested within 30-days of the date of purchase.

  • Each annual renewal is eligible for either:

    • A full refund under our 30-day Money Back Guarantee, if requested within 30 days of being charged. OR

    • After the expiration of the 30-day Money Back Guarantee, a pro-rated refund of the days left in your renewed subscription term, beginning the month after you request the refund.

So please, i would like to contact anyone who can assist me.

We are all in the same boat, trying to get refunds but not able to speak to someone, I had the same on 2 occasions now, where it closed the chat after 2 hours. A few people including myself have contacted our banks and are going down that route to get our money back. It is just a case of persisting on chat I suppose. I had auto renewal turned off, was only using the free version, on the upgrade to V7 that was forced on us, I suddenly have the paid version and had money taken from my account. Sorry cant be of anymore help

This seems awfull customer service. I have no issues waiting if they are busy, but having 0 feedback on my inquiry is frustrating. If it doesn’t get resolved within 14 days, i’ll forward it to customer protection service.

You gave them your bank information to use the free version? Why?

I originally had the paid version, I cancelled that and dropped down to the free version, so my bank details were already tied to my account

try this, I abandoned “ccleaner.dotcom” and found “support.dotcleverbridge.dot com” I’ll update this post when I hear something back but in the meantime, I hope this helps someone

SO AN ANSWER FOR EVERYONE THAT HAVE PROBLEMS WITH THE CHAT SUPPORT AND WITH THE CONTACT FORUM ,YOU JUST NEED TO WRITE MESSAGES LIKE “PLEASE ANSWER ME” OR SOMETHING LIKE THAT AND THEY WILL ANSWER FASTER.I HAVE TRIED TO STAY ON CHAT THE PAST 3 DAYS AND THE CHAT WAS ALWAYS ENDING AFTER 2 HOURS OF WAITING,AFTER A LOT OF TRIES THEY ANSWERED ME AND I SOLVED THE PROBLEM,I WILL GET THE MONEY IN 5-7 DAYS,THANKS GOD THAT I ESCAPED THIS THING THAT WAS LOOKING LIKE IMPOSSIBLE.I hope that you will reach to the end all of you,good luck!

I tried and it seems you got lucky. I’ve had 10 chats now, i asked them to respond, i told them i’ll go the legal way if they don’t. Yet nothing. This company is pure scam!! I’ve never in my life had something like this. I have a feeling they are trying to no respond so they don’t have to refund. This is unacceptable and i want staff to look into this now! I’ve already sent my case to customer protection services and they told me that if this case isn’t handled within a week, they will seek legal action. The CC cleaner TOS is very clear, i am obliged to my refund and withholding it is a clear violation of my customer rights, not getting support on this case is aswell!

Just an update. Since the biller was cleverbridge, i contacted them (if you use the form or name the product cc cleaner, you will not be forwarded to their support, they will just write an automated response to contact cc cleaner support. I wrote them an email, stating that i only have one product running on my email and i want to refund this product, otherwise i will take legal action.) I got an email 1 minute later, stating my product has been refunded. This is an absolute joke and i am pretty sure that cc cleaner is actively telling cleverbridge to reroute everything regarding cc cleaner or other products. Absolute scam.
