3.19.1721 Removes Firefox Profiles !

I just upgraded to 3.19.1721 and it was a disaster. It erased my Firfox profile files. I only asked to clear cache and history. It took an 1 hour to recover the profiles from an old backup. I uninstalled it and loaded version 3.17. FIX THIS!!!!

Windows & Firefox version?

Could you take a screenshot of your options in CCleaner (mainly under Firefox/Mozilla)?

Do you mean Firefox profiles or (site) passwords/accounts?

I believe the team are unable to recreate this yet.

Are you using custom profile locations? http://www.piriform.com/docs/ccleaner/advanced-usage/ccleaner-ini-files/how-to-clean-user-data-from-non-standard-mozilla-browsers

if so please post what you have (exactly) in your INI as the location

When I ran ccleaner it sped along until it hit firefox/profiles at about (42%) and then it crawled viewing each file for about 5 seconds. I let it run for an hour and it remained at 42%, so I cancelled. What is going on?

tarvil you need to start your own thread, your issue is not the same as the original poster's

I was running Firefox 12 under Windows Vista SP2.

More info, please.

@grafx without further information from you the community has no way of "fixing" this. are you no longer interested in a resolution?

The developers do read all threads and if we are able to here in the forum collect data from you, if this is a bug it can be squashed.

Sorry for posting above since my issue is not the same as the OP. I thought it might be related. Anyway, I deleted my cache using firefox tools and then ran ccleaner with no problem.

@grafx: Try updating to FF14. FF13 + fix incorrectly cached pages problem & other things that may have caused CC to run amok.

See if it fixes your issues. No problems for me here running FF14 / CC3.19 / 32 Bit W7.
