2 year Pro Renewal

I currently run Ccleaner Pro. Last year I responded to a solicitation from Ccleaner to obtain a 2 year renewal for the price of one. I accepted, but was only renewed for a period of one year. When I questioned why I didn’t get the advertised 2 year upgrade, I was told that the 2 year offer was a promotion for new subscribers, and that renewals were only for one year.

I do not want to accept the 2 year renewal offer if Cleaner intends to only add one year to my subscription.
I was advised last year that if I disable automatic renewals, I would be allowed to purchase as a new user and get the 2 for one deal. But I cannot find a way to disable automatic renewal, nor do I see anything on my account profile which indicates whether I am subscribed to automatic renewal.

Please advise whether I am on automatic renewal and how to disable this option if indeed I am currently subscribed as such.

If you open CCleaner7 and go to Settings > My Subscription it should tell you there if automatic renewal is active or not.

eg. Here is is showing it as “Inactive”:

Is there a reason why you posted that @wolf.laszlo.54 ?

The latest version of legacy CCleaner is now v6.41.

The ‘Official’ current CCleaner version is v7.9.

I’m using an older version of CCleaner (6.9 {V6.39.11548 (64-bit)}}; the new version 7 (7.0.984) doesn’t clear open tabs or browsing history when I close the pages
