You must have made a mistake. You say that CCleaner's latest version is 2.36.1233, but when I downloaded it (from your own site) it says 2.0.0.0. Please fix this.

Are you saying ---> "but when I downloaded it (from your own site) it says 2.0.0.0." that the website you downloaded it from says the 2 series? Or that CCleaner itself is saying it after you installed & ran it?
I think you've right clicked the CCleaner Installer, which is Version 2.0.0.0, and read it's properties.
That's the version number of the Installer, which is a container for the CCleaner files, not the Version Number of the CCleaner program it installs.
If that's what you've done, it's an easy mistake to do, and you won't be the first.
