I am a regular subscriber to pcworld, so i see this type of stuff before. CCleaner's been mentioned many times before, i guess they just don't want to show favor to a specific company?
The title says "Undiscovered", and CCleaner is very popular, and it's used by a lot of people. Thats probably why they don't have it on there.
