What are you downloading and from where?
Do you have admin rights?
The PC of my wife cannot get in contact to the CCleaner server. 0x6 handle is unvalid. If I try to enter the license code it is not accepted.
There is another post today where someone could not contact the server, it may have been temporarily offline for updating/maintenance. (Sunday is a popular day for doing that).
Try again to see if it is now responding, If not we can flag it up to the Piriform staff.
However '0x6 handle is invalid' is a Windows error code, so it may not be a server issue.
Usually uninstalling CCleaner, rebooting, and reinstalling CCleaner solves that error.
