I don't have that option ... the "Revert Selected" isn't an option ... can't click on it (basically, as they say it's greyed out, but in this case it is an unlinked button.

I followed this path: Driver Updater >Fix a Problem >Help Me - and I selected >Sound - Show all relevant driver ... nothing is listed. Then I click an option on top and went to Drivers installed "any time" and there is no option to select and Revert Selected.

I updated the drivers and now there is no sound at all. I did all the troubleshooting possible and contacted CCleaner for support and haven't heard back from them. I don't know what to do, I cannot get my work done without sound/audio ... I need to hear videos. I don't understand the unwillingness to help when CCleaner's automatic driver update is responsible. Win10 PC
