Why does Recuva advertise "Free Advanced File Recovery" yet when I try to actually recover a single file, mind you... a SINGLE file (image 1) and I get this message (image 2) asking me to purchase. You advertised free advanced recovery. None of my files have been able to be recovered due to this message. So how is this "recovery" free when ultimately we have to pay a minimum $70 a month for a single file that is 31.31kb??
