It is internal card. So not sd. Also a Huawei Mate 20 pro. Cant unlock, and root :(

Hello! I am on android 12, Huawei mate 20 pro. I accidentally deleted a folder under Total Commander. The device is not rooted. Any way to get back that files somehow? I tried Dumpster and a lot of recovery program, but those can't see that files. If I can unlock and root am I able to get back that folder?
