I need to recover phone addresses from Alcatel flip phone. Phone is plugged in to usb on computer, shows 25.2mb but no files in windows file explorer? It does not have a drive letter. I purchased this Recova program and it would not locate deleted files from my ssd hardrive, now it won't give me an option to find deleted files on phone.

I just purchased the recova professional, because I accidentally deleted my Notepad++ directory. This is a new computer install with internal m.2 ssd. I selected documents but found no files deleted. I have not found manual description yet how to use the recovery program. I opted to pay 20 bucks for this simple error, I may have to ask for my money back if there is no resolution. is there any help to find simple deleted text files.
