I tried Recuva with my Windows 11 laptop connected to my Android phone but Recuva could not locate my device under Disk Management. (USB debugging for file transfer was selected.)

Dear CCleaner Team, I have trusted and used your app across different OS for more than 15 years. I have a paid subscription for your Android app. I am so disappointed and extremely sad as all my WhatsApp photos and videos from 2016 to 2022 and all my important financial and study course documents in my download folder since 2019 have all been deleted by CCleaner without my knowledge for all my Android devices. I did not touch my CCleaner when this happened. I will be most grateful if you could help me recover my photos and files. Most of the photos and videos are of my 91-year-old parents so I am extremely sad. I tried looking in Google Drive for my WhatsApp backups to no avail. The photos must have been deleted the day before. I discovered that they were missing only at 7am after the WhatsApp backups at 4am. I understand that Recuva is under Piriform. Will it be able to recover my photos and documents deleted by CCleaner? I have also noted from the reviews that the same thing has happened to other users. Please help us. Thank you very much.
