  3. Hello. Yesterday after using driver updater to update some of my drivers, I encountered huge fps drop in games, my fps went from like 35-45 to 1-5 it's unplayable ;right after updating my screen resolution changed from 1600*900 to 1024*768 if it can help to say it, but I'm able to change it back to 1600*900 ; I don't have any system restore point. When I encountered that fps drop I immediately reset my pc to original state with full cleaning options. Nothing changed, and as I have reset my pc I can't restore the drivers to old state within the CCleaner app. I searched a solution and I found I had to download old drivers I had before from the official maker. I searched for "hp probook 4710s drivers" but I could not find those. I don't want to lose my Windows license key so I won't reset from an ISO file that will make me lose it. My system information : Microsoft Windows 10 Professional 10.0.19042 Number 19042 Microsoft Corporation DESKTOP-L3LDH00 Hewlett-Packard Model HP ProBook 4710s Type x64 processor Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo CPU P7570 @ 2.26GHz, 2267 MHz, 2 hearts, 2 processors Thanks to help me, any help is welcome.
