  1. Hi, I receive this message when accessing my Gmail account: we couldn't access this account: Gmail. You might need to update the account password or give the account permission to synch to this device. Often, however, I can access it. I do supply the password when prompted. My environment is Microsoft, Windows 10. I checked the forum and verified the following settings: Under Windows, Windows Explorer>Network Passwords and Internet Explorer>Saved Passwords are unchecked. Outlook does not appear listed under Applications>Applications. Application settings shown below. Also, I was just able to confirm that I am logged out when Chrome closes. In attempting to access gmail with Chrome closed, gmail prompts for the password, but fails. Once Chrome is open again, gmail prompts for the password and then is available. Any thoughts on how to get rid of this message? Thanks.
