  1. Same happened to me too. It took ages to run the Driver updater for the 5 drivers announced, next thing I see is that a new start was started (without my ok) and then a blue screen, which I couldn't get out of. I called my Telekom tech support, for which I pay, and they were unable to help immediately, referring me to a specialist who would not be available over the weekend, so I had to wait until Monday. However tech support gave me at least a couple of hints, mainly pointing to a restore to a previous position. I right-clicked until I got a restore button, one of 6 possibilities (the other five they said to ignore) so I took the restore route and was given two dates, one of which I took. Again it took ages to happen, but it was successful in the end. I paid for a pro version especially to get the driver updater, but this gave me more grief than I needed at that particular time. You have obviously bitten off more than you can chew. Never again. I feel I have been cheated. [licence key deleted for security]
