I have been pestered with repeated Ccleaner renewal reminders with renewal due in a few weeks. I finally gave in and clicked renew. Instead, they hit my credit card and sent me a new code number. Instead of renewing my existing version, I found myself stuck now with two CCleaner programs with an automatic renewal and credit card charge looming in a few weeks for the old program. I loaded the old program and canceled it to avoid the renewal but the cancellation is repeatedy ignored. Is there any solution short of telling my bank to reject the upcoming auto charge when it comes?
