  1. Thanks for your prompt and helpful suggestion. I didn't have any luck finding this address -- but it should've been fairly obvious...
  2. I've been a CCleaner free user for many years on all of my machines and recommend or install it myself on the computers of others that I build or maintain for friends. It's been a great, reliable tool all the while, and I've never had it do any *damage* by being to aggressive and removing something that shouldn't have been deleted. I've seen others complain of the nag screens/popups prompting free users to upgrade to CCleaner Pro, and I've been similarly annoyed by them, but didn't begrudge them for this, because I've gotten so much from the free version. So I've been dismissing the popups and in-application screens, which I've noticed are getting more persistent and are adding a little delay to the actual startup once the CCleaner main screen is loaded. But yesterday, I finally decided to take a look at the discount offer that popped up, and decided that I'd try a 1 year Pro subscription for 3 computers at a little under $24. I went to the order page, selected the option I wanted, then entered the required information using the Fill option from my password manager. After looking over the form to assure that all the information was correct, I hit the Buy Now button, and got a red error message that said: An error occurred while validating your entries. INPUT ERROR Please correct the data in the highlighted fields below. The background color for all the boxes was white, with the exception of the Zip/Postal Code field, which was green. I expected to see a red highlight, but the only different one was this one, which was green. And the zip code in there was correct. Since it was entered by my password manager, I deleted it and typed in the same number. Got the same error message. I tried entering my zip+5 code, and that didn't work either. I tried clearing the form and starting over, but still could not order, and figured I'd wasted enough of my time trying to give these people some money. Figured I'd zip off an email to the sales department this morning to ask for assistance, but see that there's no clear-cut path to contact them unless you're a business customer. So I had to create a forum account and post here to express my displeasure and exasperation at the aggravation they've caused by their imperfect execution of the ordering process. I tried to buy your product, Piriform. Don't think I'll try again. P.S, I have a screenshot that illustrates what's been documented above, but it has my personal data displayed, and I'm not about to upload it to a forum. ALL of the information is correct. But the order form won't accept it.
