I found if you try to do search like C:\Users\Name\Documents it comes up with zero results. They only way I could get it to work was to search the entire drive C: which of course will take hours. This is dangerous because you might accidentally delete system files or corrupt programs since they often have duplicate files in various locations

I was using copy and paste several times and tried both names, making sure there were no unwanted spaces. My solution was to completely uninstall CCleaner and then reinstall it. Is it possible there is a delay from Purchase time to activating the license? Perhaps users should be advised of that.

I found the Driver updater to be rather dangerous. Some were updated successfully, but It installed an incorrect video driver which took several hours to repair. It may not be the fault of CCleaner because it would be impossible for them to know the correct drivers for every machine out there.

When you get a new license the receipt shows my company name as the user name, but the CCleaner license lookup shows my name as the user name. The problem is neither of them work..
