The portable version did not start. The Slim version installed but did not start.

I turned off the Defender. I turned off Defender - Potentially unwanted app blocker. It didn't fix the problem. The program stopped starting after the last Windows update. I uninstalled it to reinstall it, but now it won't install. After clicking the Install button, the installer is closed. I've tried adding file and folder to exceptions.
