I have seen multiple people ask this question, and all answers say 'turn off smart cleaning'. I have made sure all my smart cleaning settings are turned off. I am running Windows 10 Pro 64-bit and I am using the free version of CCleaner. Any help would be appreciated as I am considering just uninstalling CCleaner.
