I installed the pro version and went to about and clicked register and put in my registration number. I put in the user name and it said the registration information I entered was invalid. Not sure what to do to correct the situation

I downloaded the free version of CCleaner. I clicked on upgrade to pro and paid. I was sent an email where I clicked download and go the pro installer. I installed it and when I started it up with the intention of putting in the registration number I received. It opened to the Free Version of CCleaner with no where to put in the registration number. I clicked on upgrade to Pro and it just asked for me to pay again. What the heck is going on?
