It does have more than 3 stages and yes it does change attributes on files. Before using your program these files had compatibility and admin permissions, now they don't. If it didn't do anything why would i be here? . I guess you're not willing to make your software better and would rather deny everything.

Ah i've found what's happened. Your program has edited and removed all file attributes on the executables on the drive for some reason. You should really fix that.

Similar to this thread i started a deep scan on all drives, it failed on step 5 on an external 1TB HDD and now some old programs that use Ddraw (Sudden strike 2 etc) have broken
