If the extension has been disabled, you can enable it as follows:
1. Click on the three vertical dots at the top right corner of the browser window and select 'Extensions' from the drop-down menu.
2. You should find a number of extensions listed in panels on the page that opens.
3. Locate the 'CCleaner video downloader' and ensure that the toggle switch appears BLUE. If it is grey then click on it to change it to blue to enable it.
Note: the blue video downloader icon with a white play arrow only appears on the tool bar when there is a downloadable video available (see image).
When you hover over a downloadable video, the download option should appear above the video.
