I've scanned numerous drives with no problem, but I'm unable to scan a 1.5tb 3.5" hard drive using the deep scan mode. Stage one (scanning) will find a ton of files quickly, but will randomly crash/close at different points throughout the scan without any notice. If I cancel before the scan is complete, the process will crash during stage 2. Does anyone have a work-around?
