Why is this registry always come back after being cleaned off?

Hi, I would like to know what to do. I have this line coming back all the time after cleaning it? See screen print attached. It reappears with or with out restarting the PC. Thanks in advance. I am new to forums. How do I get your answer back? Regards. DPLAAT.
