  1. I have CCleaner Professional and just got the email. When I click the link in the email it takes me to 6.22. When I click on "Check for Updates" in CCleaner itself it tells me it is up to date and it is version 6.22.10977. Looks like CCleaner tech support has a problem!
  2. I got this because I had replaced several computers and tablets and "moved" the license to the new ones. After arguing my case with support, they restored my license. I strongly suggested that they should have contacted me first rather than invalidating my license based on a hunch.
  3. I am getting this message from ccleaner. Support tells me I have installed ccleaner professional on too many computers. I actually haven't. I have installed it on new computers after removing it from old, out of use, computers. I am really annoyed that ccleaner just invalidated by license (with six months left) without asking me for an explanation. What happened to "innocent until proven guilty"??? I think I'll just switch to the free version and never pay anything more to piriform.
  4. I had a different problem with the driver updater. I updated the drivers on my desktop and two Windows tablets. The desktop appeared to go okay but both of the tablets lost their webcams. I had to download and install the drivers from the manufacturer's website and then they worked. It looks like the driver updater is really a beta version and we, the paying customers are the testers! Not good enough!
  5. It appears that someone at CCleaner has figured this one out and it no longer shows as an error. (Either that or Microsoft has fixed it!) Basic question: If were not supposed to run registry cleaners on Windows 10 installation, why is CCleaner selling us a utility that does just that????
  6. Whatever the merits or otherwise of running registry cleaners on Windows 10, Ccleaner IS flagging an error here. There is no SpeechRuntime.exe in syswow64 but there is in system32.
