I just find it odd that Microsoft would create a situation where a register entry would point to non-existent software.

After running the Registry Cleaner the following entry won't go away. Can anyone tell me what's going on and how to stop whatever is doing this? Here's the registry But there is no SpeechRuntime.exe in the referenced directory. What's up? Many Thanks
