Hello. Thanks for your reply. Both are active. I have it installed on 2 pc it works on first. My new pc have same settings. When i quit firefox or edge , instead of cleaning , process disapear from task manager ( process is killed , no message , nothing ) I would like to know how i can fix. Thanks for your help. Hello. I got a new pc , i installed ccleaner on a fresh windows install , i dont know why but ccleaner icon disapear from task bar and when i check process , it is not in list. I have to restart it every time. I already tryed to unistall . But same thing. Anyone can help plz ? Thanks
