when performing following steps - custom clean + analyze + run cleaner. ccleaner advanced report shows 108mb in "avg secure browser - internet cache file". oddly enough "ccleaner browser - internet cache file" still has 3,494 kb , in 21 files that has not been removed after 5+ consecutive analyze, run cleaner passes?

when running health check-----29 trackers show up... make it better only removes 2?. have avg secure secure browser. avg antivirus. people have same name....Sowhyisthismyproblem?
