Health Check Security grey / "unable to reach server"

Hi, When starting CC Pro, under the Helath Check, the security tab is not enabled but, I do see a text: Unable to reach the server. Do I need to do some in config? I'm experiencing the Blue Screen nightmare at times. TIA
