  1. Hi. There's a hdd that was formatted by a windows installer (a mistake - wrong disk was chosen during installation). At first there was a recovery attempt with "Hetman Partition Recovery". Every file came with a name like "file_00001", "file_00002" etc. The folders structure was completely lost. No Maya files were recovered. It was 4 days ago. Today I've tried Recuva. Deap Scan, "all files". Some Maya files were found, but barely a 1% of them and all "Unrecoverable" - overwritten by files from first recovery attempt. Is there any chance to get them back? Recuva's site doesen't mention *.ma and *.mb files as an option for recovery, yet the program does find them. So can it even recover them at all, or it can only find their names? And an unrelated question: the site promised "Premium support" for buying the program. Is this forum it? Or is there a hot line? An online chat with an engineer? An email to write to? Not trying to diminish community forums importance - they taught me a lot through life, but they are rarely a paid feature. Thx in advance for help. Lost files from over 8 years of work, really want them back. Would be happy to get any advice. =)
