Run CCleaner menu option not working on Big Sur

Hi all, I have a 2019 MBP and have previously used a paid for version of CC pro. Following update to Big Sur, CC does not work and hangs as "unresponsive" and shows same in activity monitor. I have tried to re-install but same issue. CC works fine in the windows environment under Parallels. Before I ask for my money back, does anyone have similar experiences and more importantly, is there a work around? CC is not on the list nukcad attached above and was working fine under Catalina.
