I tried using Recuva to recover my files. All the files got recovered but I am not able to access those files as I cannot open any images or videos or documents or audios. They are just files recovered with proper name and path and size but nothing works. Please suggest what to do to recover them properly.

Hi, I purchased the Product and tried recovering the files (images) that were deleted from an external hard drive using Recuva. I was able to get the files but all the files seem to be corrupted as I am not able to open any images. How to get my images back as they were very important images. Please help me to get my files back.
