It's probably been put there by one of the C+ redisributables or pdanet+, but any app that prints can modify/use it.

I am not sure about the C+ redistributables but I am sure pdanet+ is not the reason for that problem since I already seen that program even before installing pdanet+

I'd guess the printdialog was part of the install of one of the others.
Try a Restart (not Shutdown) and see if that will clear it.
Yes I just installed the Windows today and everything is new that is why I am wondering just where did that PrintDialog came from. I can't even uninstall it

I had never install this PrintDialog program and I can't uninstall it. I can't seem to find where is the location of the main files or the registry key. That program also isn't available in windows default programs uninstaller. Can someone please guide me on how to remove this particular program from CCleaner uninstall list

Yeah I uninstalled all of the unused default windows apps using the CCleaner itself
