Hi Willy2, Ok thanks for the information. However, how do I regain access to this WP Dashboard again?

I'm running into a weird issue. I cleaned my laptop with CCleaner and have not been able to login to any of my sites since then. I.e. the login credentials are correct, but the dashboard does not load, and the login page reappears. This is on Chrome as well as Edge, and FF (also private windows) On my other laptop I don't have this problem and it doesn't have a CCleaner. Is this a cookie problem? And if so, how can I set this up so that I can log in again? Thanks for your help.
