CCleaner Pro "Lifetime" Licence - why has it expired?

I also Purchased this years ago and it was Free Lifetime updates. The issue here is that even the mods are not aware of this. The FACT is that we have been here for many many years and now other companies are charging by the year you guys are too. Well that is fine for people who have not been with you since the early days but unfair to us that have. Think maybe a Facebook group you be created for everyone who DID buy a LIFETIME FREE UPDATES Licence many years ago.
