  1. Thanks for the information. I can understand that support is under a lot of pressure. It's just that I get nervous when money is withdrawn and you don't see a chance to end it because of an email address that no longer exists. CCleaner is a very good tool and I think the support will be just as good. So I will have patience and trust.
  2. Hello, Thanks for the hint. I have sent emails to Support@ccleaner.com, but unfortunately received no answer. I deactivated the automatic renewal of the license via the ... about ... page of the software, but I don't get any feedback whether the deactivation was carried out. Thank you for your help.
