'Run cleaner' reports always 4 files removed: - empty - recycle bin

Every time I run ccleaner cleaner button it reports 4 files removed from 'Empty Recycle Bin' Always the same files, 2 pairs of 2 identical files. Even when 'Analyze' reports 0 bytes to remove. On another pc profile with admin rights it does not has this problem. Whats wrong or going on here?
