This has been requested before, and it seems it's being ignored. It was always the biggest gripe with Chrome users (I don't know if it's been fixed cos I don't bother with Chrome anymore) but I suspect the CCleaner browser is based on Chrome, and that's why we are not seeing the "open in new tab" option.

I agree with Bob B - so far (it's now May 2020) it looks like Piriform are ignoring this request, so I'll stay with Firefox
