Write error on updating to latest version; all frozen
Ron T posted a topic in CCleaner Help Requests
CCleaner advised of latest update. I clicked OK, do it. It downloaded installation file, unzipped files, and froze with a "'write" file error. I tried uninstalling CC to start over. Uninstall froze. Downloaded CC pro from website. Would begin installing, but then would freeze. I tried this again after ending all CC related tasks. Nothing installs. I even tried downloading the installation file from my download link provided with my purchase receipt, but that link just gets bigger (+) and then smaller (-) when clicked. Win7 x64 pro. Eset Antivirus and Windows defender.
