I need some help, using latest version of Ccleaner free and it wont open on my windows 10 HP. It worked when I first got my laptop about a year ago but I noticed a few days ago that it won't open. Already tired restarting pc and uninstalling and reinstalling Ccleaner still will not launch. Thanks in advance.
