1 Apr 2020 Some more information: I use Trend Micro anti-viral software, but it makes no difference. I turn off the software, download CCleaner [ver. 5.65] and I still get the same outcome,,,the program opens once, I close it, and then I am unable to re-open the software. Very frustrating.
