New forum user here, I myself am a long time user of Ccleaner and recently have experienced a similar situation. I clicked on the software and got the win 10 spinning circle and then circle dissapeared and I was back to a desktop. I tried to download and reinstall and all goes well . When install finishes and asks to run program CCleaner wont start. I do use Trend Micro for virus control any advice would be accepted
