Not sure if this is the expected behaviour, but whenever I run CCleaner Health check, half way through the progress bar the program would close itself. The program is not completely exited (i.e. I can still find it in my tray), but when I reopen it from the tray, the Health Check menu resets to the intro page and has no reports/results. How can I troubleshoot. My system is Windows 10 64-bit. I run Norton as my antivirus.
Please note I have tried to reinstall CCleaner but it didn't resolve the issue. The version I have is v5.65.7632
