@ddashorn is 100% correct - I had the same issues, literally Googled ""grab" the 2020 update to my TrendMicro program," & then went to the Trend Micro link in the search results. I updated my Trend Micro & CCleaner is working perfect now. Thanks @ddashorn for the find
