Registration Failure ver 5.65.7632

Correct, the old registration was to my first name only. It is now working. -
System Win10, Ver 1909 Build 18363.752. Downloaded paid version CCleaner 5.65.7632. App runs but appears to be free version, did not ask for new license key. When I attempted to enter the new key did not recognize it. The entry was cut and pasted from download verification and was correct. Also downloaded Android same paid version, also runs but also did not ask for license key.
