  1. Hi @econig, did you manage to update those C++ redistributables via the CCleaner Tools->Software Updater, via Health Check, or from updating those outside of CCleaner? Thank you.
  2. Hi johnnyking, I am sorry that you are experiencing problems with the new feature. Thank you for reaching out with your problem. When we update drivers, we create backups so you can revert back to what you had previously. You can restore the backups using Driver Updater itself by clicking on 'Did something go wrong?' on the main screen of the Driver Updater after an update has been applied. Click here to view more details about this. Please let me know if this solves it for you, or get in touch with our Support Team directly.
  3. Hi Dima, CCleaner backs up automatically all Drivers that it downloads and Updates so that we can Revert to them later if something goes wrong.
  4. Hi osubuckeye9, I am sorry to hear that you are having problem accessing the new feature. Could you please try download the newest CCleaner installer and re-installing it by running the installer and see if this solves your issue? If the problem still occurs could you please let me know which Operating System you are on and if you are running normally or in Portable mode?
  5. Hi atttim, thank you for reaching out to us. I am sorry to hear you have found the process of enabling Windows System Restore Points complicated. It is a necessary Windows option to have enabled before you Update any drivers as it adds an extra layer of security for you to go back in case something goes wrong. Thank you for the feedback that you want us to enable this for you and solve it, it is something we are looking at for a future release to make it easier for yourself and other customers. For now, if you want to use the feature I would recommend enabling the Restore Points. Please either follow our help guide or get in touch with our Support Team directly to see if they can help walk you through it.
